It's Crossdomain.xml issue. Please refer to below old threads which talks about same issue and how to resolve the same:

So you are saying even placing the crossdomain.xml in /webroot - did not help you. If you try accessing this via "http://localhost" does it give same result? Also can you see if you get any error in error.log of Apache?
