Hello,
Try to find information how to prepare sizing for Media Server for 2000 people, but no success, if someone has a guide please share with me. Thank you in advance!

2000 people doesn't mean anything. You'd have to provide information on what you're doing, if you're streaming video/audio, just video or just audio, none of that and just data etc. Do you expect a lot of in and out of the app by users? Does it talk to any external systems etc.
Mostly though you're going to need to think about bandwidth. If your math works out that 2000 connections for full services will exceed the capacity of the NIC, then upgrade the NIC. If not, then you'll likely be just fine. Network is the first to max out usually.

Graeme, thank you for information. The main point is, I do not understand what exactly licenses we need and what server/s requirements. We need to stream video with audio.

2000 RTMP subscribe requests can be easily served by adobe media server.
As for licensing Ref: http://www.adobe.com/in/products/adobe-media-server-family/buying-guide-comparison.html
However please note that in my internal experiments we have almost always found network through put to the bottleneck..
Also please note that machine reuqirements depends on the bitrate of stream being tranmsmitted too(in addition to number of connections listening to that stream).
A 8 core machine with 16 GB ram is good 2000 user for a 1 Mbps stream. Given enough network bankwidth i have see CPU load not spike beyond avg of 15% and memory consumption stabilizes at 11 GB.
