Its installed... now what?

OK... I had my host install FMS onto my server for me.  I am a little lost on how to connect my .flv files to the FMS.

also, you probably need to ftp files to your Applications folder.

Do I upload the applications folder or the vod folder that inside the applications folder?

Ya you need to have applications folder present on FMS in order for you to connect o FMS. by default, you get two applications "live" and "vod" under applications folder. Just to test you can use videoPlayer which comes with default FMS installations, open videoplayer.html under "<installationDirectory/samples/videoPlayer" . In Stream URL text box: put "rtmp://<server-uri>/vod/sample" and click on Play Stream. If video starts playing then means your set-up is fine.
