Hello there,

Is it possible to set a time limit for users streaming from an FMS server?

Whether it's a FMS setting or an Apache setting i'm not sure.

We need to set a time limit for our live stream and ensure that even refreshing the page where the stream is embedded doesn't refresh that limit. (Therefore limit stored per IP)

I would also like to know if it is possible to disconnect a client after a period of time.

We have 24 hour streams with autoplaying video and some users just leave their browsers open eating up bandwidth .

How would you detect whether client is idle and not streaming if his SWF client is open in browser and subscribing to you 24-hour stream? Dont know how you would do it. But if you can - i suppose you can disconnect client using server-side API or say by Auth Adaptor.
