live services error

Origin / Edge Live service structure.

Origin OS Version : Windows 2008 x64

Origin FMS Version : Interactive 4.5.4 r3003

Edge OS Version : CentOS release 5.8 (Final) x64

Edge FMS Version : Interactive 4.5.4 r3003

I checked the logs of the Live service can not be played as follows.

Window edge, no problem, centos / ubuntu occurs, what should I do?

Does this happen every time or is an intermittent error. What about CentOS - CentOS combination? Also what happens when Windows is Edge and CentOS as origin?
