We did an inplace upgrade from media server 5.0.1 to 5.0.11. After the update, we can stream media from machines on our local network, but we can't stream media from machine on remote networks.
(i.e. any computer on the same network as the media server is able to stream, but move that computer to a remote network and it no longer can stream)
It's not a firewall or routing issue as nothing as changed on the network. and if we revert to the snapshot of the old VM then we have no problem streaming on remote computers again. As soon as we move to the snapshot of the updated vm, remote streaming stops working (We get an exclamation point).
Any idea what's causing this?
Been on the phone for over an hour and still haven't been transferred to a live adobe support rep yet. We spent all this money for support contract and we can't even get through to speak to them.

So I left a VM for Adobe support on Friday. and still no call back. I called them again today and only option was to leave another VM.
Anyone else experience trouble reaching Adobe support?

What do you mean by local network vs remote network...is it that one is inside the firewall and the other one is outside firewall.
Can you try with a fresh(instead of inplace upgrade) AMS 5.0.11 installation.
Is your platform linux or windows?
