Hi guys!
I made a character in Character Creator 3, which comes pre-rigged. I uploaded it to Mixamo and most of the animations have this weird effect of making the head "shake" rapidly. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?
Thanks a lot!
What could be causing this
the fact that character creator 3 is different software designed with a different bone rig is what causes it
how can I fix it?
convert Mixamo animation into something character creator can understand or ditch the rig already in your model when you upload it so that it gets a standard [i.e, working] Mixamo rig... both of these choices will "fix" the issue but I don't know what option you actually need so good luck mate

There is no need to change the rig, if you locate the "head"bone that is well hidden behind the CC_base_facialbone give the bone a key frame at the begining of the animation. It will stop the shaking that occurs when you run the character creator rig through mixamo. Repeat this for every bone that shakes in pose mode. After you add the keyframe you will remove the shake. THis is a youtube video link that shows you the position of the most problematic bone. It is well hidden. https://youtu.be/1fsM5IuFQbI?t=828 . depending on the animation you export you will need to add a keyframe to any bone that shakes make sure to look at the bones behind the bones. I have only ever noticed this glitch with the head bone.
