Character and animations violating license by using it own game publishing on play store

will I violate the copyright if I use the Character and animations by using it own game and publishing on play store?

if i can get the mixamo asset from your project i.e, the models, tectures, animations etc then you are breaking the licence terms

so for example if your game has a folder marked Fbx and the raw Mixamo models are inside that then thats bad but if your game just uses Mixamo assets without a clear way to seperate them from the game then its fine

note: none of this has anything to do with "copyright"... a licence just tells you what terms are allowed
