- Can I use Mixamo characters as Default characters for a 3D game (commercial use) where they will be available on the UI to choose any of them?
- Can I use Mixamo animations in the same commercial game?
- Do I have to get a license before use characters and animations (if so, tell me where to get this license)

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Yes you can use the model in your game

Yes you can use the animation in your game

NO you don't need to get a licence

ref - https://community.adobe.com/t5/mixamo-discussions/mixamo-faq-licensing-royalties-ownership-eula-and-...

basically your 'project' / game has to bake the Mixamo files in so they are part of it and not offer them as seperate files i.e, if i want a copy of the model or the animation i should go and get it myself from Mixamo not off you
