A week ago I tried uploading a character to mixamo, but the arms and legs got stretched and squiggly at some point during the upload. I originally thought there was something wrong with the mesh until I discovered that the characters built into the website were having the same issue.
Any ideas what could be causing this?

Kaya is working fine at my end
I see Windows updates running in your screengrab and the browser is the other issue... try using a different systen or browser to see if that corrects it

Mixamo is reading the bones in that character which is what it should be doing so the error is your conversion and the fix is to make it a wavefront Obj or boneless Fbx before uploading it

Thanks for the suggestion, I gave it a try, but I'm still having the same issue. It also wouldn't explain why the built in Mixamo characters are having the same issue 😕
