So , I'm trying to open a dae file from mixamo in Photoshop, but it does not work. Photoshop refuses to open the file and gives me an error "Could not complete your request."
Adobe dropped 3D from Photoshop years ago so unless you have an old build its not going to work... try Blender instead and import the model as a Collada
