I'm getting this error with my colored version of this character, but when i was figuring out how to use mixamo i used another version and it worked fine, but when i put the color version it doesn't work

i see the arms are pushed down by the head but willing to bet the main issue is your legs are too short or too far from the groin marker... is the dress solid perhaps?
