Hi, im trying to upload my model to mixamo, but this error keeps appearing to me, I tried to join all the elements of the head and all the elements of the body, but this keeps appearing to me.

the model is too complex for mixamo and really needs to be about 1/2 that size but i did manage to rig it [more or less] as is

file [this file has been removed from my server because its not needed]

please let me know when you have the file as i will remove it once you have a copy

that error means your web broswer ran out of Ram... the fix is to add more Ram or make the model smaller

i'll try cutting it back first

some tips for next time;

the software likes a low polly model under 40mb... whatever you made this model in used a low polly body in whats called open T pose so you may get distortion around the wrist when you place it into normal T pose i.e, hands should point up and down not front to back as it does in your model

next time you make a model decimate the extra parts like horns and hair to lower the overall file size without really changing how the model looks
