Because that's what needs to happen to update a security certificate that only lasted 10 years and was aquired on June 1st 2015 and literally expired 2 weeks after 10 years.

I can't believe Adobe have not even acknowledged what is happening. This is literally going to cost me money because I'm missing a deadline. On the top right hand corner, you can't even go to account settings. Bizarre.

Me too.  Adobe is essentially a scam corporation baiting it's users into a class action suit.  I've sent them $720 every year for over 10 years, subscription started out great with lots of add'l deveoped and upgraded software, I would promote it to people and sing the praises that was over 10 years ago, it has gotten worse every year since.  Now this.  Obviously they realize how many people use Mixamo.  Get it together Adobe, you can't continue to get away with taking peoples money for services not rendered and faulty software.  Prioritize this fix!

Hello everyone, as mixamo is down for last couple of days. We can use an alternative of mixamo called Rigonix3D
It also has around 300+ Free Animations.
Mixamo is great, but we should have an alternative till mixamo is back.

And follow Rigonix3D Communityso that we can discuss much about rigonix3d.
