Upload Errors

Hi I've zip file that contains the obj file and the texture files.  The zip is only 64kb but I get a error when trying to upload for rigging.  I get a sparse error.  Anyone know what the issue is?

Timeout::Error occured on fbxparse : is the error received

it means Mixamo could not read the file
