Hi,

I created a simple character in blender and exported it as .fbx-file (see attachments). Now I am trying to upload my character to Mixamo, but it removes faces/vertices from the head everytime.

How it should be (viewed in Windows 3D viewer, no problems there):

How it looks after upload to Mixamo:

It is always the same parts that get deleted. Same happens if i try to export and upload the char as .obj file. I tried moving and changing a few vertices but to no avail.

Thanks in advance,

Lance

yes and no, the model is fine and the rendor doesn't show the mouth because two textures are in the same space

so just ignore it

Hi again,

it appears to be just a visual bug. When I download the .fbx from mixamo (where it looks like faces from the head are missing) and import it to blender it looks normal again.

No idea what causes this. But it looks fine when I download it, so that works for me.
