Hi, a friend of mine works with Adobe Muse on a regular basis. Sometimes I helped him and learned to appreciate the program. Now I wanted to get it myself and install it. Unfortunately it is no longer available from you and is only available under old applications, to which I have no access. Can you tell me where I can still buy the software now, even if you no longer support it?
There's no regular basis than the one to purchase the full CC subscriptionn plan. Also Muse is under EOL since 2018 - so if there's no reason like to maintain an existing Muse website, I cannot recommend the use of Muse, although I do but hav several alternatives.
Kind Regards,
Uwe
No and no. Muse is not available for purchase from any vendor in any country now. It is End of Life. Suggest you find another solution for creating web sites.
Start with any plain code editor and learn HTML & CSS. As your coding skills improve, you can take on more advanced projects with JavaScript, PHP and Node.
Read the chapters, do code exercises and take quizzes at the end.

If you have a CC all apps subscription, you still can access the latest Muse version...if it still can be installed and get running on your current OS.

Unfortunately, Muse won't activate on ALL systems anymore, even with a paid ALL Apps plan. It might work or it might not. Best advice, don't use Muse.

As with all EOL products you can use it as long as it works. If it does not work anymore, you will need to have a replacement solution at hand if needed. For all websites using Muse, I would recommend to find urgently a replacement solution and pray that the current site is ok until the replacement solution is done.

Is there any way to still download it? There is an old website in Muse for a non-profit that just needs some text updates. I contacted support and they could not provide any answers other than asking the community. The help chat just noted it was expired so there are no options.
Is the only option to recreate the website in some other place like WordPress? Is there any option for downloading it any more even with a paid subscription? Is Muse fully DEAD now?

No. Not without a paid Creative Cloud ALL Apps plan and an older computer that can still support Muse.
Since you're eager to update text on your current site, you can download HTML files from your server with a stand alone S/FTP client like FileZilla and then make changes with a real code editor (if you're capable of working with code).

Muse IS available for install. I just switched from the Photography plan to the All Apps plan and Muse was on the list. Installed and is working fine!

May I ask, which platform you use?
Might be helpfull for other "still Muse users".
Thanks and Kind Regards,
Uwe

Even after Adove stopped supporting Muse it was available for install in the bottom right of the Creative Cloud App by a button/tab names 'other applications'. It is now listed as an 'app included in your plan' in the Creative Cloud app with an All apps account.

No need for computer specs. Which operating system do you have — Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur or Monterey?
