Hi,
Does anyone still use Muse?
I made a website, but when I click on preview it doesn't show a thing.
In earlier days it was no problem. And when I FTP the pages the site doesn't work.
Is it because Muse doesn't exist anymore?
Any tips?

We've been working with Muse for a while and still are. MUSE still works although it is no longer supported. You can still download it.
Do you get any kind of error message? Are you trying to launch the master page and not one of the actual pages inside the website?

"Does anyone still use Muse?"
It's nearly 2021 and nobody should be using Muse for new projects. The software is discontinued, unsupported and outdated. Use at your own risk.
For best results, rebuild with modern web tools:

Export to HTML and use FileZilla or Cyberduck to transfer files to your server. Does that work?

Hi Nancy, I have now tried to download the HTML file to upload with FileZilla but Muse crashes without warning while downloading. Preview no longer works either.
I even tried an earlier saved version, and it crashes Muse partway through both in the Muse FTP publish function to https;//deepstreamdesign.com and the HTML download function as well.
What's interesting is that Pro-sitemaps.com seems to pull the HTML sitemap flawlessly as of yesterday but because it handles the DeepStreamDesign/Phone pages as links I don’t think it's possible to upload that file to post
We have been working on transferring the site to another platform but because we have such great rankings and site speed with no broken links under Muse, we have been reluctant to pull the trigger.
Must be a much unneeded Christmas present from Adobe, their version of COVID-19. I can’t tell you how mad I am at Adobe for abandoning all of us who spent countless hours and dollars building on Muse.
Do you know anyone on the technical team for Muse that we could hire to investigate this? Our Website is 98% of our marketing and to not be able to make any changes or addition over the next few months is really going to hurt at the worst possible time with the downturn of the virus-related business cycle.

@tomboycemiami, Sorry but I don't understand much of what you're saying.
1. Download = get from the Internet. Upload = put on the Internet. Why do you need to download anything? Your Muse site files are on your computer's hard drive, right? So there's nothing for you to download.
2. Close Muse. Disconnect your computer from the Internet. Open Muse.
3. Adobe announced the Muse end of service in March 2018. You had 2-1/2 years to rebuild your site with other tools. Why did you wait so long?
4. The Muse engineers are gone. They left the building years ago. This is a user-to-user forum. Nobody from Adobe is watching this space anymore.
5. I think you need to hire an experienced web developer to help you. You can post your job ad on Behance/Adobe Talent (free for a limited time only).

I'm very sorry for your struggles. 2020 has been an especially BAD year for all of us.
Discontinued software is nothing to hang your business on. Hopefully, you have a strong social media following to get you through this while your site is being re-built.
Merry Christmas & best wishes for your improved health & success in 2021!
