Hello;
I have a strange case for Muse 2017.02.
Case is just that:
1.Typekit fonts dont have preview.
2.I can select them but when I try to add, Muse gives Error 500.
3.I can add Edge Web Fonts
4.Ä°f I had a pre-desinged template using Typekit font, there is no problem for exporting html,
or uploading ftp server. Fonts are used correctly. But in text menu they dont exist.
I have read everything for error 500 etc.
I did everything even deleting od files.
No solution.
Any idea?

I choosed clean and long way. (Anyway is the only way. /tom waits)
I formatted windows, and installed Muse again.
There is no problem now. Thx to Mercifull.

As you have mentioned that all the other forum thread related to error 500 were already tried by you, I won't bother to ask you repeating them again.
However, I am looking around for more suggestions by our tech team.

I just encountered this error for the first time today. Here's what I did to fix it:
1. Quit all CC apps
2. Signed out of Creative Cloud using the CC Desktop app
3. Signed back in
4. Waited for Typekit fonts to sync
5. Ran Muse and opened file
6. Published to BC with the "upload all files" option

500 is a server error.
Exactly where and in what context are you seeing this?

This could be font problem. Which fonts are you using in your web pages?

It happens with any font I used Arial, myriad pro and with any font that I used

Yes I have already dit it but the problem continue
