can't log in in inbrowser editing

Hi Adobe Muse,

unfortunately I cannot log in to this website via inbrowser editing:

http://www.lindeycafsia.com

So my client cannot make changes to his website.

I don't understand what is wrong, because another website I've designed, works perfectly using inbrowserediting.

But this one I cannot log in.

I want to log in myself because I can make a visual walk through for my client.

The FTP inlog I use via uploading with Muse, don't work in my inbrowser editing???

Can someone help me please?

So this problem never got really fixed, but now I know why. Muse will die. RIP.One feedback thing I got, was about the folder structure my hosting company uses:the rootfolder was not the top folder, my hosting company uses a rootfolder further down in hierarchy. So IBE cannot reach it.This means that I need to move the site to another hosting company.Hopefully this is helpfull to someone.Good luck and thnx for the comments.Mcg Chantal

Which hosting platform/company do you use?

Soem hosting use strange "Server Names".

Did you check the credentials? Are they still the same?

Sometimes hosting companies change server names and inform clients but not the designers.

Thnx for your response Uwe.

I checked all information with the hosting company, Yourhosting.nl. This information is still the same and I have the correct info. I even made a white list for ip adresses, but this also does not seem to work.

Any other suggestions?

Do you have cyberduck or filezilla or similar ftp-app?

Try the credentials with this app as well.

I suggest to contact the hosting platform, if the above fails.

Are your credentials case sensitive?

If you don't mind and only in case nothing works, you could pass the inbrowserediting sign in credentials via "Private Message" (clicking my avatar, shows my private email address).

If so please only user name. You could send the password via WhatsApp or SMS but at least on another channel.

So I could give it  try as well?

Hi guys thank you for your repsonse and your help. Only this issue still exists.

Will ask my hosting company tomorrow about if they can read the manifest, etc.

But I would reallly like someone of Adobe Muse themselves to respond and to take action on this!

Last week I already had 2 times a reaction via inbrowserediting - contact form, but no repsonse.

It's just to technical for me to figure this thing out, so please Adobe Muse, can someone help me with this issue?

It now costs me time and effort I cannot charge my client for.

Would still be helpful to know the hosting. Maybe some hosting are known as having issues with inbrowserediting.

Do you have input on that, as I did not have any issues ever with IBE.
