how can I connect rotation with scrolling down the page?

I can´t find a widget or a way in muse.

Hello,

I am afraid that this won't be possible with Muse.

Back in 2015 a there was a developer who rolled out a widget for this - Rotating on Scroll? however, that site is shut now.

I invite our other experts if they have any suggestion for you.

I guess, this animation has to be done seperatly in Edge Animate or similar and then has to get integrated into muse.

I suggest to ask the vendor of the site?
