Request: Please add the shape tool

In the online version of photoshop, there should be a tool option for creating shapes. Such as lines, or other polygons.

It seems like this is more meant for photo editing as opposed to being able to create shapes for a layout. Please make a shape make as in the current Photoshop.

This is what I've just spent an hour looking for.  It didn't occur to me that it wouldn't be a feature.  I'm really stuck on my project without it.
