Sony Xperia Pro (was “Experia”)

use the tool on iphone7 and am very excited as a pro. Unfortunately PS Camera is not compatible with the NEW Sony Experia PRO, although it is mentioned in the device list. The support could not help me and unfortunately there is no solution so far.

You are correct that Sony Xperia PRO is listed:

Try two things on the help page:

• Choose "not really" and say why the page is not helpful. This will go to the product team.
• Under "Contact Us", choose "Start Now" to contact Adobe Customer Care.

Thnk you Jane, but i have done it last month. The support say that they search for solving this, no answer. Now the Adobe Case ADB-27574365-Z6W9 Is Closed.

Checked it now: Nothing change, APP not compatible.
