P: Photoshop web shows "Get desktop app" instead of open in desktop app.

I have the photoshop desktop app. However, when viewing PSDC files from a link, the files will open in photoshop web and I do not have the option to open in desktop app, only the "Get desktop app" button. 

My photoshop is updated to the latest version.

IM REVIEWING FILES ON LINE AND WHEN I WANT TO DOWNLOAD A FILE, I CLICK ON THE BUTTON AND THE NEXT PAGE TELLS ME TO GET THE DESKTOP APP.  I ALREADY HAVE PHOTOSHOP

Sorry for the frustration @Kevin2ME.

When reviewing files, are you reviewing in Photoshop Web? Or in the CC Assets review page?

Does it help if you uninstall Photoshop desktop and reinstall Photoshop?

That might change the button from Get the desktop app, to Open in desktop.
