I am trying to re-install Elements 14 on my laptop. I made sure to un-install properly (laptop was being upgraded), but I am now stuck on installing - I get as far as signing in to install & then I get the below. Can't even close the window down. When I had contacted support last night I had originally been told maybe it was too many verification requests & that it would reset within a couple of hours... This is nearly 24hrs later and still getting the same message! Would appreciate some help!
