Hi, ich hebe Adobe elements 2025 gekauft und will meine Videos auf meinem Handy bearbeiten, jedoch funktioniert das Foto bearbeiten nur das auch ohne Retusche usw. 

Könnt mir jemand weiterhelfen 🙏

I do not understand your question.  Please explain in more detail.   And are you talking about Photoshop Elements which only edits photos, or Premiere Elements which is for video editing?
