can i create a 7" x 10" document in Photoshop Elements?

7 x 10 is a standard size for Strathmore Cardstock... need a program to create a printable document, also a printer that will print a 7 x 10 doc, to be later folded

Whether you can print it (with or without a border) will probably depend on the capability of your printer.

Yes, you can create this in PSE. I suggest that you try the 30-day free trial of the software. The current version is Photoshop Elements 2024.

In the Editor, Advanced tab, go to File menu>New>Blank file. Enter the dimensions in the dialog.

I have an Epson printer. In the Print dialog, this paper size is not listed, but in the drop-down go to "User Defined" and enter the paper size manually.
