Can't Activate 2021 Elements because there are not 6 numbers on my disc sleeve

Hi, I'm trying to activate my Elements 2021 but adobe wants a 6 digit serial number that is supposed to be on my sleeve.  I don't have one.  I only have a 24 digit number.  Any idea where to go from here?

I misposted my image and edited.  I didn't mean to do that.  I have the serial number and it's registered.

Enter the 24 digit serial if it starts with 1057-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

Four numbers go in each field in the screenshot your showing.

Do not post the numbers here on the forum.

Boy do I feel like an idiot.  I got the program to open finally with your advice.  Crossing my fingers all is well from this point forward.

I had the same problem. Would it be too hard for Adobe to explain that you have to load 24 numbers into 6 boxes?
