cannot enter the SN for PSE 15

I downloaded the trial version of PSE 15.  I then purchased the CD so that I have a back up and a SN.  When I start up PSE 15, there's a tab that says "license" - when I click on it, the program pauses for a while and then continues to load without my ever having entered the SN.  What's going on?  I've done this process before going from PSE 13 to 14 and had no problems.

Hi Lynne,

I would request you to do the following :

  • Go to PSE Editor.
  • Open Help Menu and click on Sign Out (if you're signed in already)
  • Now again try Signing in from this same Help Menu.
  • Click on License this software (and not Start Trial) and enter the Serial key.

This should work fine. Please get back to us in case you still face the issue.
