Cannot uninstall previous installation

I tried an installation of PE 12 which subsequently failed.  Now, when I try to reinstall, it is trying to uninstall a previous version, cannot find it & then give me an error message #2343.  This is not surprising since the previous installation was never completed.  How do I get PE to install without trying to uninstall a product that is not on computer?

Microsoft's Windows Fixit Tool allowed me to start the installation

again. However, the installation failed again. I then tried to copy

all the files from CD to my computer & some files would not copy. I

obviously have a corrupted CD. The serial # is:'

1057 4182 9003 3236 7564 0821

Will you please replace the CD.

Please do not share your serial key on public platform. Request you to please edit and remove it.

I would request you to please post the screenshot of the error message you are getting while failed installation.
