About 3 years ago I bought the upgrade in The Adobe photoshop app. About 4 months ago it took away my purchase and now wants me to sign up to pay yearly. I can't figure out how to contact customer service about this. Anyone have any tips and know why this happened?
Are you talking about the Photoshop CC application or the Photoshop Elements application? This is the support community for the Photoshop Elements application which uses a one-time purchase, perpetual license model and not a subscription-based model (like Photoshop CC).
