Yes the EOS RP is supported in PSE 2020. It requires ACR 11 but PSE 2020 can be updated to ACR 12. Why not download the software and try free for 30 days.

 

After installation you will be prompted to install an update to get the latest version of the Camera Raw Plug-in.
