Deactivating PE 14

I am replacing my laptop and want to run PE 14 on my new one. I first tried signing out of the PE account on the old computer, but got an error that I has PE running on too many machines. I then uninstalled PE from the old machine and am still getting the error. Note that I still have PE 14 installed on my desktop.

Uninstalling Elements from a computer does not necessarily log you out from that computer. Among others, one of the reasons could be the presence of other Adobe apps on that computer.
