I read a review stating that Photoshop Elements 2024 is not compatible with Windows 10. Is this true? I have previous versions of Elements and have never had a problem.

That review is 100% wrong. Who ever posted the review should just stay away from computers.
UPDATE: I just finished reading every review for one listing of PSE on Amazon: most of the negative reviews appear to be from people who are just confused and have put very little effort into resolving whatever their issue is. They also appear to just want to rant, and other reviews are 100% garbage "You get locked into a subscription" sort of stuff.
Here is one of the one star ratings. What is scary about it? 6 people found it useful.
I had to dig around a bit: It looks like I've made 38 amazon reviews- none of them are for PSE. Why is that? I've only ever purchased a boxed version (pre pse 2020) or purchased directly from Adobe.
Before I purchase anything from Amazon I go to the negative reviews first. Somethings you realize you might get burned on-- replacement parts for a vacumn (I'm never quite sure of the spelling) - you go for an "off brand" gasket, and not from the actual supplier all to save a few $$. You used to be able to find bogus "PSE 2024 for only $29" type of listing on amazon- But they get removed pretty quickly now.
One more thing: Always check the "sold by" link under the buy now button...
I don't think you can find any resellers of the most current version of PSE on amazon.
With PSE I always pruchase directly from Adobe.

Be curious to see a link to that review.

There were two or three reviews on Amazon saying the same thing. I just wanted to check with the Adobe community to see if there was any validity to their comments

Ok. So users not professional reviewers.
The best place to check software compatibility is on the software vendor's website.
