After installing E6 on a new Windows 11 machine, the program will not launch. I get a spinning wheel for a short time and nothing. I have run the license repair utility with no change.
E6 was working on my old Windows 10 box.
Maybe it won't run on Windows 11.
Could very well be, found a support e-mail.
Try running it in Windows compatibility mode. Right-click on the desktop icon and select Properties. Go to the Compatibility tab and make the settings like I have shown in the following screenshot. I'm using Win 10, but I assume there is something similar in Win 11. Please let us know if this works for you.
I tired all compatiblity modes.
Any "support" email you may have received probably comes from a scammer. Any official Adobe email will come from an Adobe.com address. Scammers send private messages to your Community account and you may receive a notification email from Adobe saying that you have received a PM. If that is what happened, please let us know the name of the person who contacted you so we can get them banned from the forum.
