Elements cannot be registered on a second iMac.

A week ago I bought Elements 2025. I installed it on two identical Macs at home. (Sequoia 15.6.1) with the same Adobe account.

On the first Mac it works fine, but on the second Mac I presently keep getting the message that 'my trial period is over'. Quiting Adobe Apps and logging back in to Elements gives the same result. Reinstalling the app did not help either.

After 15 minutes of nonsense, the chatbot transferred me to a human being, who appeared to work in sales. Transferring me to support did not work. There is no mail address, no contact form. How do I get past this? [insulting comment removed by moderator]

You don't need to repost. Your thread has been moved to the Photoshop Elements forum for you.

Try each of the four steps on this Help page and let us know how it goes:

Does not help, tried these actions already multiple times. I bought the app via the App Store, does that make a difference? In between the installations on the first and the second iMac I changed my Adobe password, not my login email. Shouldn't make a difference (?)

I went to the App Store and did not see Photoshop Elements. There is a Photoshop Elements for Mobile Beta, which is available to licensed users of PSE 2025, 2024, and 2023 or as a 7-day trial.

Please confirm what you purchased.

You didn't find this?? (See pic).

I do not think my problem will be solved here, so I asked Apple for a refund. If I have my money back I'll start over via the Adobe site.
