Fixing just one eye using Adjust Facial Features in Photoshop Elements 15

Sometimes a person has one droopy eye that needs to be raised slightly using Adjust Facial Features, but it seems like it only allows me to adjust both eyes using the slider for eye height.  Is there a workaround to just adjust one eye?

Start by duplicating your layer (Cmd+J) on Mac

With the top layer selected correct both eyes

Now add a black mask (Hold down Alt (option) key and click layer mask icon) to reveal the original photo

Set the foreground color to white and choose the brush tool

Set a small brush size and paint over the droopy eye
