How do I draw straight lines between points?

I need to be able to drawn straight lines around parts of downloaded maps. I haven't used my photo shop elements 11 in awhile. I thought I use to have a line tool but I can not locate it in my tools. Anyone help?

The line tool is with the shape tools.

Thanks! That worked. I needed to hit U and then the shape tools showed up at the bottom with line tool among them.
