How to download electronic 64 version of Photoshop Elements 15 on windows 10 (I have the disc and serial number never used before) I do not have DVD - adobe offers support on PSE 19 and 20 only.

Your help will be appreciated!

Perhaps you can use a friend's computer with a DVD drive and copy the disk to to a thumb drive, then install on your machine via USB.

Would you be interested in selling your hard disk copy of window elements 15, I need a physical heart dispersion of 15 as my old computer won't run a newer versions.  thanks Ed

1. Sign in at https://account.adobe.com/products.

2. Enter the serial number for your app. Then select Register. 
   
   Once it's registered the download like will appear in your adobe account.
   
   I have stuff back to PSE version 10 in my adobe account.  
   
   No reason why doing what I described should not work for you.
