how to enlarge a email image to print a full 5x7

I can enlarge the image in photoshop via view but it won't print the 5x7 that I want.  I have also enlarged the image in windows 10 but it still won't print a full 5x7 to fit my frame, it prints smaller than a 5x7.  I do know how to take a image from my photos that I took from a camera and print any size I want but not the email image.  Hope someone has a simple answer. Thanks

Attach the image in your email, do not embed it.

Every 300 ppi will print 1" at 300dpi- that's important to know.

300 x 5= 1500  300 x 7= 2100

1500 x 2100=       3,150,000 the base size of your image.     Thats a lot of data to work with.

Printing image issues is typ[ically due to how your printer is set up- it really doesn't have to do so much with the size of your image in Photoshop elements.   How much data you have to work with is important. Your printer takes the data (the size) of the image and runs with it.    Let's say you have a 5 x 7 inch photo.   You have the image set to be 300ppi (DPI referes to how dense the dots of your printer prints).

Your printer has options to print all sorts of stuff at all sorts of sizes-
