Hi

I have bought a new computer, a laptop running Win 11. I have Photoshop Elements 13 and Premiere Elements 13 installed on the old computer. I'm gonna buy the newest version of these programs. I think it is version 2024. How do I transfer the Catalog from version 13 to version 2024. I want everything from the old catalog transfered to the new computer, for example all the tags for the photos and of course all the photos.

Best Regards

It is a fairly easy process.  See this HelpX article for instructions.

The first thing you should do is perform a backup of your Elements 13 Organizer on your old computer (using an external hard drive).

Since you are purchasing Elements 2024, I suggest that you install that program on your new computer and skip the process for adding files to the new catalog that will be created.  Then use the Elements 2024 program to Restore your backup to your new computer.  Depending on the size of your

Thanks for this answer. It worked.

Took a backup from the old computer. Got Photoshop Elements 2024, installed it and restored the backup. The pictures are now on the new computer and the tags. Now I have to learn the new version of Photoshop.

Once again - Thanks for the solution.
