How to Update PSE 12 Camera Raw from 8.5.0.236 to 8.7

Using PSE12 which shows camera raw is up to date with version 8.5.0.236.  However, 8.7 is needed to read the raw images in PSE12.  Downloaded Adobe DNG Convertor 8.7 but this did not resolve issue.  How to update PSE12 Camera Raw from 8.5.0.236 to 8.7 so PSE12 will open the raw files?

No 8.7 is not available for PSE12.  If you need to use 8.7 then you will need to use Adobe DNG Converter.  for that I suggest watch this video:
