So, I bought Elements 7 several years ago and have now purchased a new computer but cannot install it from a software download (the purchase was a diskette) as I get a red cross mark for a valid serial number? Though Rahul, after thirty odd minutes, confirmed the serial number was valid he referred me to a community forum for a problem which seems to me to be a business problem? Though I am happy with Elements as a product this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth about Adobe as a business. If Adobe thinks this is a good way to get me to buy the latest version of Elements, it isn't.

Try downloading from here:
Download Photoshop Elements 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, and 7
Even if you succeed with installing the software on your new machine, it is problematic that this old version will work properly on a modern operating system.

If you have a MAC: Forget about ever using pse 7- which was released 17 years ago. Apple killed off 32 bit programs a few years ago.

...but we can move them to a place out of sight and request that an Adobe employee delete them.
@Glenn 8675309 would you like me to do that?
