Installing Photoshop Elements 2019

I got a CD-ROM version of Photoshop Elements 2019, but my computer does not have a CD drive.

It's brand new and never been installed on another computer.

How do I install it? Where can I find a link to download it and use the serial number for the version I have?

I probably spent an hour searching on the Adobe sites without any success. I was afraid to open the CD-ROM box in case I had to return it to BestBuy.  Since it was a gift, returning it would have been a hassle.  After posting my cry for help, I decided to opened it.  

There was an instruction card inside which gave me the URL to first get the serial number by signing into my (or first creating one) Adobe ID.  After entering the REDEMPTION CODE, (printed on the instruction card), I got the serial number.  Then all I did was click on the  DOWNLOAD link.  Hopefully, this will help someone in a similar situation.

I'm having a similar problem. I had adobe elements 2019, which I purchased. It stopped opening on my new computer after a week. So I have uninstalled it, thinking I could easily reinstall using my existing serial number. But I can't find how to do this anywhere. Please could you help?

Log in to your Adobe account. Go to Plans>registered products. If you registered the product  you should see a link for download.

Been trying to get my Elements 2019 back to my fixed disk. I download the installer from my Adobe account. The installer goes all the way through and opens and get message the file is corrupt and I should delete it. So, the file on Adobe is corrupt. I've used the Uninstaller and tried again multiple times. I don't see a way to get word to Adobe.
