Is Photoshop Elements compatible with Windows 10?

I currently have Photoshop Elements 12 running with Windows 10.  Is PE 15 compatible with Windows 10?  And, if so, do I uninstall PE 12 before downloading PE 15?  Thank you.

Yes.

Each version of PE is independent. Unless you are pressed for disk space, I would not uninstall PEv.12 until you are sure that everything works OK, esp. the Organizer.
