Non there is not. Only Left / center / right justifiction is built in. You would have to get "elements+" for full justification.

The keyboard shortcuts
Justify Last Left is Command + Shift + J (Mac) | Control + Shift + J (Win) will justify the paragraph except the last line.
Justify All is Command + Shift + F (Mac) | Control + Shift + F (Win) will justify the paragraph AND justify the last line
If you had a paragraph panel in elements (like photoshop) then these are the buttons that tho

Your answer is probably not correct. He is implying full justifcation- the 9 year old post you cited is not corrrect. Full justifcation is not possible in PSE.

(unfortunately the other two justify options don't have any default keyboard shortcuts in elements nor photoshop, as far as i know)

I have Elements 2020 running on Sonoma using a Mac Mini 2 and it does not work. When I had 11 on an older Imac with High Sierra it did. it did.
