missing MSVCP120.dll after adobe chat agent used direct control of my PC

a while back, i bought premier 2019, and photoshop 2019 as a bundle from amazon. i had a bunch of trouble installing it, and use the support chat several times, without success. on one of the occasions, the support agent used direct control of my PC to attempt to install the programs, without success. so i ended up canceling my purchase from Amazon.

the problem i am finding, is that some of the files the support agent deleted, were used by several other programs, and i now can't run several programs due to missing DLL files, such as MSVCP120.DLL. i have downloaded the files from the microsoft website, and installed them, but they still cause errors for the files as still missing.

Thank you for the reply.

I have actually just now fixed the problem. i un-installed all of the Visual C++ runtimes, and then re-installed both the 64bit and 32bit versions, restarted, and now it all seems to work.

still a little upset that the Adobe support tech went a little trigger happy with the delete button, but i think i am back in business now.

... just checked some other affected programs, and they seem to be working.

Try System Restore to a point before the problem.

restoring the application is the best

way to fix the bug as it is the lack of dll

that causes the program to stop working!
