Missing preset paper size options for new blank files

I am using Photoshop Elements 14.

Using File > New > blank file there are preset options for standard sizes such as A3, A4 etc for international paper.

However I cannot select any of the standard sizes in any of the preset sizes the drop down menu. Once I could but I think the list might have been deleted when I uninstalled an older version of Photoshop.

Can anyone advise how I might obtain and install these present? Is a better option to download Photoshop Elements again?

What operating system are you using?

In the New dialog does it say None next to Size?

Copy the below text which is the new document sizes, paste in TextEdit and save as Default New Doc Sizes.txt.

Then put the file in /Applications/Adobe Photoshop Elements 14/Support Files/Locales/en_US/Support Files

I confirm that there was no Default New Doc Sizes.txt file in the Support Folder.

I did as you suggested and created the file and placed in the folder as you suggested. I did restart the iMac. But I had no success.

Would it be possible for you to email your version of Default New Doc Sizes.txt as there may be an issue with my copying of your text. My email is m.hedley@bigpond.net.au

Thank you Jeff for the file and I am very pleased to say that it worked. I ended putting the file in each of the Support Folders.
