Modification de compte et incapable de charger mon application

1) Je veux supprimer de mon compte Adobe définitivement une adresse principale désuète.

2) Je suis incapable de me brancher à mon application, je reçois un message comme quoi je ne suis pas brancher sur Internet. Lorsque j'arrive à me brancher, si je quitte l'application, je dois redonner mes informations (courriel, mot de passe) et 9/10 je n'arrive plus à me brancher.
