It would be worth installing the Camera Raw plugin again by going to Help>Install Camera Raw.

Maybe something went wrong during the previous install.

Then after the install restart your computer.

What operating system are you using?

You installed Camera Raw by going to Help>Install Camera Raw from within the Photoshop Elements Editor?

Which Canon camera go you have?

According to Adobe the Canon EOS R6 requires Camera Raw 12.4 or newer and by installing Camera Raw you should have Camera Raw 17.3.1

https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/kb/camera-raw-plug-supported-cameras.html

If in Photoshop Elements you go to Help>About Plug-Ins and click on Camera Raw, what Version does it say?

Should be 17.3.1

I bought Elements 25 and sent it back for a refund because it's total rubbish. It's RAW file tools are a step back, no histogram and no selective sharpening tools etc that I had on my old Elements 13.
